talk talk and talk ...

that's me, hence I'm not surprise if this is gonna be yet another long post - just me being me. loooong weekend, somehow I still wish it's not over yet! though i came back to work on saturday and monday, i still feel like it's a brand new day at the office ..

had dinner with switch on friday night as I kinda bailed out on her several times and since I finished my gym ard 8ish and couldn't join my flatmate seeing her friends' gig I have nothing else to do. Went to oosters (again)for dinner and chitchatting. being friday and no reservation made in advance we didn't get a table and was asked to hang out around the bar waiting for a table to be available. instead we walked around and met diane who's having dinner with her ex-colleagues. went back to ooster, still need to wait for a table that we hung out around the bar. diane said ally was there with his work mates but when we texted him he said he was on his way to china one (yesterday i found out that he was actually at hooters, not oosters). went straight home afterwards, i know switch really wants to go to the friday nite thingy but i felt uncomfortable my comfort blankie (i.e cindy, jenny, sally, ally) was not around & switch will definitely mingle with her group once we're there and i'm not that close with her group yet - not planning on being close actually *grin ..
met diane who has moved to ooster and she asked me to join the games nite - kinda lazy to go there but rather than saying no i just said that i'd try to make it heeee...

met jenny on saturday then we went for lunch at little india - my kinda girl, ever willing to try new stuff. from there we went for some shopping, as the program of that day is me accompanying jenny shopping for her new office attire. so much for work, she ended up getting 1 tops and searching for clubbing tops haha. everytime i go out with her i am reminded with my high school days, laughter and craziness all the way - don't care of all the looks we got. we ended up taking few lbd's and trying it out .. went out from the fitting room, looking at each other and laughed then went back in again to try another clothes. i pity those people queueing for the fitting room - they simply couldn't say or do anything but stared annoyingly at us. went to bugis where jenny picked the movie as i did pick lunch earlier. was a bit sceptical when she chose a korean movie but then again it's her call. thank god the movie was good and i really truly enjoyed it. from there we walked to orchard for dinner and supposedly another round of shopping. instead we ended up with dinner, heart to heart talk and watching another movie. i was quite curious to watch this korean movie that ally talked about so we then decided to watch that movie. it was a very very VERY funny movie - haven't laughed that much for so long. though we ended up in the 1st row I really have fun. You guys must go and watch it!!

went to kantin aneka on sunday with my flatmate as there's this indo-sing gathering. crowd was okay though people tend to chit chat with their own group that we didn't really interact. but almost when we're done everyone managed to say hi to everyone else, had a picture taken then both of us went to watch a movie. from movie we went for some window shopping and trying few clothes - yolli's looking for some formal dress for wedding that we ended up trying all those bustiers. after having fun window shopping, we went for dinner where few of her friend joined including one of my senior back in indonesia who's now working in here. 4 of us then walked to the cathay for a movie. since the movie only started at almost midnight, we then went to coffee club just killing time. movie wise? it has no story line at all!! enough said

went to office on monday - supposed to meet cindy for lunch. found out that anna is organising some lunch thingy that we decided to join her and parted way afterwards. met ally online and 3 of us chatted - since ally's flying to taiwan today (he should reach there by now) that we decided to meet and do something together. lunch was great - scorp, bob & scorp's gf joined anna's lunch that we spent quite some time there but parted ways afterwards. me n cindy decided to go to this outdoor shop looking for some outdoor thingy but it was closed that we ended up just walking around killing our time waiting for ally to text us. she then decided to chill at east coast so off we went. ally then text saying he's going to orchard haiz. couldn't persuade him to go to east coast instead so i asked him to organise everything and let us know afterwards. ended up heading back to orchard for takeaway dinner and another round of movie. 1st time in my life watching a movie and wishing the person stop talking - he's really a good actor as he managed to make me feel like screaming 'SHUT UP'!!

come to think of all these, its so cute actually that whenever any one of us go for a short break, biz trip or something else - we decided on having a meet up thingy first. Im going to KL next week and we're planning on a meet up. ally's going to HK in 2 wks time and we're planning on another meet ups.. too many meet ups too many food - been slacking big time with my workout. everytime i complained that i'm getting old my trainer would respond 'and you're slacking big time in working out heh'

this week's resolution : BACK TO MY OLD ROUTINE (well .. try to make it once a day at least...)
