Tipping Point

i am reading a book with the above title now. about how small things could have a huge impact on a large scale. how, for example, mentioning the word 'yawn' could make people reading/listening to it ended up yawning and how others who see it could end up yawning as well and it will just keep on snowballing. and then i went for super sneak preview earlier tonight. a movie about how a lie changed the life of several people including herself. briony's actions is indeed an example of a tipping point. brilliant movie indeed, and not to forget, James McAvoy :) somehow the 'come back, come back to me' reminded me of another movie though - 'come back to me, come back to cold mountain'
on a totally different note, i pity one of the sister from the malaysian team of the amazing race asia. losing her short term memory temporarily - poor girl, i know how scary that can be....
